All Pokemon Shiny

• 1). Insert your Action Replay device into the cartridge slot of the Nintendo DS.
  
  
• 2). Insert the "Pokemon Pearl" cartridge into the cartridge slot of the Action Replay device.
  
  
• 3). Input the following code using the directional pad and the "A" button: 12068AC6 60000460.
  
  
• 4). Leave the code in the Action Replay device, not entering any other codes. Entering other codes will make the Pokemon non-shiny once again. For the entire time the code is entered in the Action Replay device, all Pokemon will be permanently shiny.
  
  

Individual Shiny Pokemon

• 1). Insert your Action Replay device into the cartridge slot of the Nintendo DS.
  
  
• 2). Insert the "Pokemon Pearl" cartridge into the cartridge slot of the Action Replay device.
  
  
• 3). Input 94000130, FCFF0000, B21C4D28 00000000, B0000004, E0000304, 000000EC, DA8FC001, C30E0000, 6AB1A6C2, 29052031, 4AD94E1F or C5F7C9EF to get a permanently shiny Crobat (he will appear as a member of your party.)
  
  
• 4). Input 94000130, FCFF0000, B21C4D28, B0000004, E00007A0, 000000EC, CB3804F9, 0EC90000, 9E5C7C2D, 90422545, 4705F7A8 or BE7C772D to get a permanently shiny Steelix (the Steelix is still in the egg so you must incubate and hatch it yourself.)
